Shipping and Processing

For any questions regarding your order or its shipment, you may send an email to maiajoperations@gmail.com. Please allow us 1-2 business days to address your concerns.
Our carrier of choice is The United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship all packages via Standard or Economy, at each customer’s discretion.
Processing time is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is 5-8 business days when choosing Economy and 3-4 days when choosing Standard.
At checkout, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. If you enter the wrong shipping address upon placing an order, you must contact us within 2 hours with the right address so that we are able to quickly fix the mistake. Also, be sure to enter the correct email address so that you are able to track your package.
If the shipping address is inaccurate or cannot be found, causing your package to be returned back to us, your order will be cancelled. You will receive a full refund (excluding the shipping fee) in the next 2-3 business days. If you wish to reorder after the cancellation, please be sure to enter a new, valid address and we will be more than happy to service you.
Once you have placed your order, you will soon receive a confirmation email that includes your order list. This email WILL NOT include a tracking number. After your order is packaged, it will be marked FULFILLED. At this time, you are notified of the fulfillment and will be able to check the status.
When your package has been delivered to the post office and USPS receives it, they will provide you with a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link that has been provided and you will be taken directly to the USPS website. You will receive all updates through this link.
If your package has been marked ‘Delivered’ but you have not yet received it, immediately contact USPS to ensure that it was delivered to the right address. If your package is lost or has been delivered to the wrong address, be sure to file a complaint form with USPS. Once your package has been confirmed LOST, please contact us immediately via email and we will handle the situation accordingly.
